Margot Austin Senior Design Editor Margot Austin is a design devotee whose passion for decorating fills the pages of Style at Home. In her monthly column AskUs, Margot offers beautiful and practical solutions to readers¹ decorating dilemmas. Sebastien Centner Sebastien Centner is the Senior Partner and Director of Eatertainment Hospitality, a Toronto based company that has been active in Toronto’s hospitality industry for over 25 years. Eatertainment has created and continues to operate some of Toronto’s most celebrated (and celebrity-frequented) restaurants including the Bloor Street Diner and Panorama Lounge, winner of Where Magazine’s “Best Bar in Toronto” award.
Samantha Pynn Samantha Pynn is Style At Home's Design editor, and all round style-savvy sweetheart. Whether she's styling rooms, making over interiors, or producing regular Style At Home columns like Home & Style, Samantha¹s known for the warm, contemporary look she brings to all of her projects, most notably, her flirty and functional makeover of her own home, featured in the June 2008 issue of Style At Home. In September, this glam gal moves from the pages of Style At Home to the small screen, with her new program for HGTV, Pure Design. Sarah Richardson Sarah is the host of HGTV’s room service, design inc. and sarah’s house. Sarah also heads up her own design firm, Sarah Richardson Design and a signature product line of indoor and outdoor furnishings. She combines creativity and well-honed skill to express her signature style through interiors with timeless appeal.
Emily Mays Emily made her professional debut in both Style at Home and at Canada Blooms. More recently, she could be found enriching her skills at the New York Botanical Gardens and the Jane Packer Flower School. She was a guest educator for the Judith Blacklock Flower School at the 2008 Chelsea Flower Show and in 2009 is pleased to be invited for induction into the American Institute of Floral Designers.
Aldona Satterthwaite Aldona Satterthwaite is editor of Canadian Gardening, Canada’s most popular gardening magazine. Aldona completed her journalism studies at the Regent Street Polytechnic in London, England, studied landscape architecture at Ryerson University and trained as a Master Gardener at the Civic Garden Centre (now Toronto Botanical Garden). During her career, Aldona has researched and written a guidebook for the Royal Botanical Gardens and has contributed forewords for several gardening books.
Dennis Flanagan Denis delights audiences with his knowledge and humour on his HGTV shows Indoor Gardener and One Garden, Two Looks. He gives weekly gardening tips on Global TV, occasionally guest-hosts CFRB’s The Garden Show and speaks at gardening events.
Kimberley Seldon Kimberley has an international reputation as a Designer, Journalist, Key Note Speaker and Broadcast Personality. Lynn Spence Lynn acts as a regular style expert on Citytv’s CityLine. She is a freelance contributor for Canadian Home & Country magazine and a story producer for Style at Home. Lynn also acts as a consultant and decorating advisor for a number of private and corporate clients. She is best known for her uncanny ability to fuse the market trends of today with classic style.
